My client, an established business in Greenford, is looking for an HR advisor to assist the HR Business partner.
To be successful in your application, you must have the following skills or experience:
- Provide administrative support on security, ensuring compliance with security requirements.
- Maintaining and administering payroll procedures and associated documentation.
- Organising HR inductions for all new joiners.
- Produce job offers and contracts of employment.
- Running reports relating to annual performance development review to keep track of what has been completed through insight.
